Balinese cooking is a creative prosess that's simple and fun.
In the class you will learn the techniques and become familiar with the herbs, spices and other ingredients that make Balinese food delightfully tasty as well as nutritious and cleansing. There will be difference menu each day in a week, and it's up to you to choose.
Two classes in each day, morning class (including morning tea and lunch) or evening class (including afternoon tea and dinner). In the morning class, you'll be picked up from your hotel and straight to the market to buy all the ingredients that you'll be using later in the class. The morning class begin around 7am until 2pm, while the evening class is from 4pm until 10pm.
Through demonstration and hands - on experience, you will try to prepare and breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dine together on an assortment of exquisite dishes.
After the class, you will be presented with a Certificate along with a booklet containing all the recipes in the menu.
